SZN V Company auditions are right around the corner. Here’s all the information you need to know:

Dress Code: Dancers must arrive every day in all black, with hair pulled back in a middle part ponytail or bun (if applicable). Please bring ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or half soles (one shoe is unacceptable).

Schedule:

• Monday 7/22, 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Orientation on audition procedures for the week.
• Tuesday 7/23: Technique Auditions
  • 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Ages 12 & younger
  • 6:30 – 8:00 PM: Ages 13 & up
  • Dancers will learn across-the-floor material and audition for placement in dances and classes.
• Wednesday 7/24: Ballet Auditions
  • 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Ages 12 & younger
  • 6:30 – 8:00 PM: Ages 13 & up
• Thursday 7/25, 5:30 – 7:30 PM: Improv and Acro Auditions (All ages).
• Saturday 7/27: Final Audition Day
  • Specific audition times will be provided during the week.
  • Dancers will audition with their age group, learning and performing two pieces in groups.

Follow-Up: The faculty will review the auditions and provide information about the season at the SZN V Company Meeting on July 30th at 5:30 PM.
