Our recreational dance program is built for children and teens, 3 to 18 years old, who want a fun way to escape, get some exercise, and be surrounded by friends. It’s something to look forward to, it’s a highlight of the week, and we love to see our dancers so enthusiastic as they walk through our doors. We offer lyrical, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and pointe classes that are designed for dancers who aren’t interested in competition, but love to dance.

We focus on having fun, moving our bodies, and learning about ourselves and our abilities. We promote a no-judgement experience where everyone can be themselves and enjoy the experience of dance.

Our recreational dancers have a variety of abilities which provides a development opportunity to learn from or help another dancer. We promote togetherness as we learn choreography and work toward any personal goals. It is our goal that when our dancers step into ADA, they feel comfortable to be exactly who they are so that they can get the most out of all of the fun. While there’s a lot to be learned in every class, there is always an abundance of smiles and laughter.
